Also for some people: You cannot check the the name of a seller by buying from them. If you buy from someone, the log will say "market transaction authorized by <your character name>". However it's possible to check people behind buy orders...

So yesterday when refreshing my orders I noticed something odd. Some other person with really large orders were trying to sell the same items too. He refreshes order just after I refresh mine and changes it to the nearest lower price rounded to fu...
